Starting with our centerpiece, USDA Prime Brisket our passion is evident in the time and attention given to preparartion. With an offset smoker, hickory/oak wood mixtures and a steady temperature of *225-to-*250, our brisket is smoked the “low and slow”way, overnight for 16hrs. There is no way around this and the finished product is a brisket tender, juicy and with authentic smoke flavor through and through. Real barbecue connoisseurs know!
