Starting with our centerpiece, USDA Prime Brisket our passion is evident in the time and attention given to preparartion. With an offset smoker, hickory/oak wood mixtures and a steady temperature of *225-to-*250, our brisket is smoked the “low and slow”way, overnight for 16hrs. There is no way around this and the finished product is a brisket tender, juicy and with authentic smoke flavor through and through. Real barbecue connoisseurs know!

We put the same desires, passions, and love into all of our menu items, brown sugar and honey glazed spareribs, herb/citrus smoked chicken and our Czech smoked sausage imported directly from Elgin, Texas.  Check out our delicious sides: creamy cole slaw, southern potato salad, Tex/Mex pinto beans or our in-house hand cut fried potatoes with a dash of sea salt.   After that, loosen up your belt buckle and try one of Wanda’s homemade desserts…Custard scratch banana pudding, or peach cobbler. Try it ala mode with Texas’ own Blue Bell homemade vanilla ice cream.
